Production Process
High-quality aluminum ingots are melted and extruded into straight square tube profiles through a 2000-ton extrusion press. After aging treatment to improve hardness and strength, the profiles are sent to CNC stretch bending machines for precise forming according to design drawings. The bent tubes are then straightened, trimmed and welded as needed. Finally, after strict surface pretreatment (degreasing, phosphating, passivation), the tubes are sprayed with high-performance coatings in a dust-free spraying workshop and cured at high temperature.
