Production Process
Raw aluminum sheets go through degreasing, phosphating and passivation for enhanced coating adhesion. After surface spraying or thermal transfer treatment, panels are sent to professional bending equipment for precise forming according to designed radian. Aluminum honeycomb core is bonded with face and back sheets using high-strength environmental adhesive under constant temperature pressing. Finished curved panels are inspected one by one for radian accuracy, surface quality and structural firmness before delivery.
