Technical Parameters

Zhongchuang indoor aluminum honeycomb panel adopts closed environmental protection production line. First, high-quality aluminum sheets are pretreated by degreasing, phosphating and passivation to improve coating adhesion. Then, zero-VOC environmental coating is applied by electrostatic spraying technology, and cured at constant temperature to form a dense and durable surface layer. The perforated face sheet (optional), aluminum honeycomb core and back sheet are bonded with food-grade environmental adhesive, and pressed and shaped by constant-temperature large-scale flat pressing equipment to ensure tight lamination and no delamination. Finally, precise edge trimming and full quality inspection are carried out to ensure that each panel meets the highest indoor decoration standards.
