Production Process

Zhongchuang wood grain aluminum honeycomb panel adopts a closed automated production line. First, high-quality aluminum sheets are pretreated by degreasing, phosphating and passivation to improve coating adhesion. Then, water-based environmental primer is applied by electrostatic spraying technology and cured at constant temperature. The high-definition wood grain transfer film is closely attached to the panel surface through vacuum thermal transfer technology, making the wood grain penetrate into the coating 40-60μm to form a durable and realistic decorative layer. Finally, the face sheet, aluminum honeycomb core and back sheet are bonded with food-grade environmental adhesive and pressed by a large constant-temperature flat press to ensure tight lamination and no delamination.
