Production Process
Zhongchuang exterior carved aluminum panel adopts a fully automated digital production process. First, professional designers convert the architectural design drawings into CNC machining files through BIM technology. Then, the high-quality aluminum sheets are cut to size by a CNC shearing machine, and then sent to a high-precision laser cutting machine for pattern carving. After carving, the panels undergo bending, welding, grinding and reinforcement processes to form the final shape. Finally, after strict surface pretreatment (degreasing, phosphating, passivation), the panels are sprayed with PVDF fluorocarbon coating in a dust-free spraying workshop and cured at high temperature to ensure the coating adhesion and durability.
