Details of the Aging Test

The test was conducted in accordance with ASTM G155 international standard, simulating the outdoor natural environment through accelerated UV radiation, high and low temperature cycle, humidity cycle, and salt spray corrosion. The test duration is 5000 hours, which is equivalent to 15 years of natural outdoor exposure.

The test results show that:

• The color difference ΔE of the PVDF coated aluminum baffle is ≤1.5, which is far lower than the industry standard of ΔE≤3, with no obvious fading;
• The coating adhesion is maintained at Grade 0, with no peeling, chalking, or cracking;
• The panel flatness deviation is ≤0.3mm/m, with no deformation, warping, or structural performance degradation;
• The corrosion resistance still meets the ASTM B117 standard, with no rust or corrosion points.
