Pilot Project Results

Since trial production in Q1 2026, the UV printed baffle series has been applied in 18 commercial projects totaling 50,000㎡, including a children’s playground in Guangzhou, a brand flagship store in Shanghai and a theme restaurant in Dubai. Pilot results show zero color difference complaints, zero peeling or scratching issues, and 35% faster installation than film-laminated baffle systems, with 100% client satisfaction.

Production Capacity & Service

With the official launch, Guangdong Zhongchuang has expanded monthly production capacity for UV printed aluminum baffles to 50,000㎡, with 3-day custom sample lead time and 12-day mass production lead time.
