Guangdong Zhongchuang Building Decoration Materials Co., Ltd., a leading manufacturer of architectural aluminum products, today announced the official launch of its new state-of-the-art CNC woven aluminum panel production line, significantly expanding the company's capabilities in custom decorative aluminum solutions.

The new production line features advanced 5-axis CNC punching machines with a maximum processing size of 1500×6000mm and a punching accuracy of ±0.1mm. This allows the company to produce highly complex woven patterns that were previously impossible with traditional equipment, including 3D woven textures, gradient patterns and custom artistic designs.

"Perforated woven aluminum panels have become increasingly popular in modern architecture due to their unique aesthetic and functional benefits," said the production director of Zhongchuang. "Our new production line enables us to meet the growing demand for custom, high-quality woven aluminum panels for both domestic and international projects. We can now create almost any pattern our customers can imagine, with unmatched precision and consistency."

In addition to enhanced pattern capabilities, the new production line also increases the company's monthly output of woven aluminum panels from 40,000 square meters to 60,000 square meters, a 50% capacity increase. This allows Zhongchuang to handle larger-scale projects and shorten delivery times for global customers.

The new production line has already been used to manufacture panels for several high-profile projects, including a commercial complex in Shanghai, a cultural center in Chengdu and a luxury hotel in Dubai. The company has also developed over 50 new standard woven patterns, expanding its product range to meet diverse design requirements.

Zhongchuang is committed to continuous innovation in architectural aluminum products. The company plans to invest in additional research and development to further improve its woven aluminum panel technology, including the development of integrated lighting and acoustic solutions.
